The Booze of Monkey Island is an unofficial fan game created by enthusiasts of the famous series. Guybrush finds himself stranded on Booty Island, and the only one who can help him fix his ship is his bartender friend. But there’s a catch: he’ll only agree to help if Guybrush manages to bring him new customers! Will our hero be able to convince the local pirates to drown their joys and sorrows with a few drinks?

Hola amigos fan tengo un problema al iniciar en Windows 8.1 64bits , el juego arranca se escucha la música y se ve la cruz del puntero y se sale alos segundos y no puedo usarlo . Hay algún soporte de ayuda alguien que me pueda ayudar a iniciar el juego agradezco los comentarios. Saludos!

I tried playing the Mac Demo. During the intro (after selecting "New Game", on about the 5th screen) the screen froze and then my mac restarted after a couple seconds. Nothing else was running.
my specs: 2017 macbook pro, Intel Core i5, Ventura 13.7.1
Something I can do?
The mouse sensitivity is low while the game is running. Is there a way to adjust it?
Outstanding artwork! Very high quality. If only there was a way to disable auto-advancing subtitles. That would help accessibility a lot.

I've just finished the game! It is a true gem and gives me the complete Monkey Island feeling. You have done a splendid work and I'm really impressed. In my opinion you have even been able to implement a Ron-Gilbert like sense of humour. Since you can't ask for payment for this game I will support your adventure "The adventures of Tango Rio".

it's not the same without the voices
Played through and was blown away by the high quality of the art design, puzzles, and dialogue. Its really hard to believe how well they nailed the tone of Monkey Island in this title. Are there a handful of lines that don't translate 100% over? Yes, but these are few and far between. I well forever consider this a canon addition to the series and am happy to have one more title to go back to, even if it is a short one.

Could you provide a changelog for the updates in the future? I saw that you updated the game 10 days ago (17 days after initial upload) but I can't seem to find any release notes.

Just downloaded the demo and my Mac says: “The Booze Of Monkey Island” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified.
And won't let me proceed any further - it gives me an option of delete or nothing else.

Sorry, but The Adventures of Tango Rio doesn’t seem as fun / visually appealing as this one. I really like the graphics you created in the Monkey Island-inspired style for this. Maybe consider developing a voodoo or African mystical point-and-click adventure in a similar Monkey Island style.
I have to use eye tracking to use the computer, and it doesn't seem to work with it. I think it's something about using relative mouse movement vs absolute mouse position. The eye tracking software I use just sets the mouse position on the screen with no mouse movement. I've tried other eye tracking software with the same problem. Could you add a setting to use absolute mouse position instead of relative? Thanks.

Yeah I think they used an AI translation. It sucks :(
I could swear I can remember that in Curse or Escape, it was mentioned as "Isla Botín". Am I wrong?

Just extract the downloaded .zip folder from above into your designated location and open the visplayer.exe . It should start the game automatically.
You also can use the client itch.io/app to install and run most games. Have Fun

9/10 this is 100 times better than the last couple of official entries in the Monkey Island series. I sincerely hope Lucasarts sees this and works with you to release another official Monkey Island game that fans actually want. There's room for small improvements but all in all I loved it!

Amazing homage to my favorite point-and-click franchise and a damn good fan game. Loved the aesthetics inspired by Curse for the Monkey Island (which is my personal favorite) and worked pretty well as a tie-in adventure for Guybrush Threepwood.
